Do I need a deep clean?
All customers who sign up for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly services must begin with a deep clean. This helps us meet our standards and makes it easier to maintain your home over time.

Is Scrubbd Cleaning insured?
Yes, Scrubbd Cleaning is fully insured and holds liability insurance coverage that goes up to a substantial amount of 1 million dollars. This insurance ensures that both our clients and our dedicated team members are protected during the cleaning process.

When is the payment due?
Payment is due immediately on the same day that the service has been successfully completed and finalized.

What is your cancellation policy?
The Scrubbd cancellation policy requires that you provide at least 48 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations. If notice is not given within this timeframe, you will still be held responsible for the cost of 50% of the service that was originally scheduled.
